Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to lead our sales efforts in the Sindh region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Sindh region, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Sindh region, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Key Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize product distribution and market share.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess customer satisfaction, and address any concerns.
  5. Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the senior management team.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or a similar role in the beverage industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Sindh market, including consumer behavior, distribution networks, and competitor landscape.
  5. Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the Sindh region.
