Skillful ERP professionals are highly sought after in the industry. A dedicated and proactive individual with expertise in ERP Functional Support is needed to ensure the smooth operation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with techno-functional leads to develop and deliver training materials, demos, CRPs, and conduct onsite user training.
  • Participate in cross-functional testing, prepare test cases, and assist in implementing IT plans including requirement gathering and prototyping.
  • Evaluate application systems, create/deactivate user accounts, and define roles within ERP under supervision.
  • Contribute to various project life cycle phases and deliver new projects.
  • Resolve issues with business and technical staff, and work with end-users to analyze, design, and implement small applications.
  • Document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements with functional modules.
  • Communicate development requisitions to application developers, provide functional support for development, and contribute to Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Manage IT operational needs, oversee IT forms/policies, central repositories, and the Helpdesk.
  • Coordinate audits, manage user account creation, and prepare documentation for new products/features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in process automation understanding and support within a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including user administration, functional modules, and support within a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in managing IT/ERP operational needs, helpdesk management, IT policies, central repositories, and audit coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
