Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team and promote high-quality putty products directly to end consumers. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, conducting field visits, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Account Management: Drive direct sales of HD Putty to consumers by building strong relationships with individual customers, contractors, and retail outlets.
  2. Field Visits & Customer Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to meet consumers, contractors, and dealers to understand their needs and offer product solutions.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of HD Putty, including technical aspects, benefits, and application methods.
  4. Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, troubleshooting, and consultations to ensure customer satisfaction with the product.
Requirements:

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in D2C sales, fieldwork, or sales within the paint, construction, or related industries.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint, putty, and construction products.

Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive direct-to-consumer sales and hit targets.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to consumers.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues.

Travel: Willingness to travel to meet customers and conduct product demonstrations.
