  2. Optimization & SEO: Ensure high-quality video content and artwork are aligned with brand strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data from YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to make informed decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  2. Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  3. Strategic and analytical thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
