An exceptional Software Development Team Lead is required to manage and guide our software development projects. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Java programming, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Architecture and Implementation: Work closely with development teams to design, implement, and deploy efficient system architectures that meet industry standards.
  2. Mentorship and Coaching: Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee comprehensive system testing, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality metrics and stakeholder expectations.
  5. Project Planning and Delivery: Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans, effectively managing dependencies and critical path.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, communicating project expectations, progress, and outcomes in a clear and timely manner.
  7. Resource Allocation and Staffing: Determine resource requirements, assess additional staffing needs, and delegate tasks to suitable personnel.
  8. Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve issues within the project team, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java programming.
  • A proven track record of successful team leadership, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a deep understanding of software development principles and best practices.
