Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telco sales management or team leadership within the consumer services industry, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and drive collaborative efforts.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to drive sales growth, making informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • A self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptable in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering results.
