The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role focused on customer retention or persistency management.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, managing and analyzing data to inform decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. A bachelor's or master's degree along with certification in insurance is required, with an added advantage if obtained.
