Job Title: Financial ManagerA highly skilled and experienced financial professional is required to lead our company's finance team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and analysis.   2. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial information and timely decision-making.
  4. Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on strategic matters.
  5. Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Analyze financial data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the finance team.
