Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst

We seek a skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical data analysis and healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and analytics teams to define technical data requirements for Value-Based Care initiatives.
  • Translate regulatory and clinical program specifications into structured requirements for implementation in ClickHouse.
  • Develop data requirement documents, source-to-target mappings, and validation frameworks for healthcare data standards like CCLF, HL7, FHIR, CCDA, CPT, and ICD-10.
  • Design and validate SQL queries in ClickHouse to support dashboards, financial models, and population health analytics.
  • Conduct data validation and profiling to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance with standards like CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS.
  • Work with data engineers and QA to verify data models and pipelines.
  • Maintain data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical/Data Analyst in healthcare technology or analytics.
  • Expertise in datasets and statistical calculations.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience in MS SQL, ClickHouse, or other columnar databases.
  • Experience with clinical terminologies (SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT).
  • Knowledge of data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12).
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Apache Superset, Tableau) and documentation tools (Confluence).
  • Familiarity with care coordination platforms, population health software, or risk stratification engines.
