Deputy Manager Technical Training Job Description

About the Role: As a Deputy Manager Technical Training, you will be responsible for identifying training needs within our production department and designing programs to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business managers to identify training needs and develop training programs based on individual and organizational requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are effective and efficient, considering the costs and return on investment.
  • Work in a team to produce programs that meet the needs of all stakeholders, including line managers.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for in-house courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Supervise trainees and provide support to line managers to address specific training problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in training and e-learning techniques.
