Zuriador is a leading luxury fashion brand, and we are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery across various platforms.

You will work closely with our e-commerce, design, and operations teams to optimize the client journey and enhance brand reputation. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product knowledge and personalized client service
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Drive sales performance and meet daily/weekly targets
• Ensure high-quality service across multiple communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media)
• Collaborate with teams to enhance client experience and brand alignment
• Track and report on personal sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
• Support operational functions including logistics and administration
