Student Counsellor Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Islamabad. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the study-abroad process, providing expert advice on universities and programs, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about study-abroad options.
  • Assist students in selecting universities and programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule counselling sessions, and convert inquiries into enrolments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process, from initial consultation to university application submission.
  • Keep track of student inquiries, progress, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales manager and marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, student counselling, or customer service, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
  • Target-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Knowledge of international university admissions and visa processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and student records.
