Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure timely and high-quality product releases within a regulated FinTech environment.

As a Scrum Master, you will lead Agile ceremonies, guide and coach development teams on Agile practices, collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs, remove blockers, and track metrics like sprint velocity and cycle time. You will also ensure compliance and quality in every sprint delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Guide and coach development teams on Agile practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs
  • Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Track metrics like sprint velocity and cycle time
  • Ensure compliance and quality in every sprint delivery


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech or FinTech environments
  • Proficiency in Jira and Agile delivery tools
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
  • FinTech or regulatory experience is a plus
