Job Overview

The role of Assistant Director is pivotal in leading and supervising a residential centre for youths, providing guidance and support as they transition into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct a team to create a nurturing environment for the youths.
  • Mentor the children with empathy and professionalism while enforcing discipline.
  • Facilitate the youths' preparation for independent living outside the Village.
  • Collaborate with a volunteer-based Members Committee and small teams.
  • Ensure regular communication with the Regional Office and promote the overall well-being of residents.
Required Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with emphasis on teamwork.
  • A stable, positive, outgoing personality with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
