Assistant Director (Male) required for SOS Youth Home, Karachi. SOS Children's Villages of Sindh, a part of SOS Pakistan and SOS International, is a leading international child care organization.

Responsibilities
  • Management and supervision of a residential centre that normally houses 40–45 youths of various ages.
  • Mentor these children in a friendly, respectful manner while also enforcing discipline.
  • Help youth prepare for an independent, adult life outside the Village.
  • Work in tandem with a volunteer-based Members Committee and small teams.
  • Report to the Regional Office and help promote the physical, mental and psychological health of residents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Computer literate.
  • Leadership qualities with emphasis on teamwork.
  • Include a stable, positive, outgoing personality with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
