Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations Employee Data Management Team, you will be responsible for providing customer service through chat messages and online request forms.

You will answer questions on HR policies, programs, and systems, ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations, document all relevant notes on inquiries and resolution actions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of personnel administration tasks, aligned with local processes and regulations.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and partner efficiently with business and HR colleagues.

About Your Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify employee data, including hours worked, overtime, and pay components.
  • Review timesheets, attendance records, and benefit deductions for accuracy.
  • Tracking and capturing of exceptional inputs for payroll.
  • Ensure all data is complete and error-free before payroll processing.

You will also handle employee benefits, enrollment, and changes, coordinate with benefit providers for accurate processing, and maintain and supervise employee records as well as ensuring proper storage and accessibility for authorized personnel.

About Your Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and/or Shared Services Center.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR and/or shared services technology functionality (e.g., Case management, knowledge management, ESS/MSS, etc.).

You will have shown knowledge management expertise, including the development and management of knowledge repositories, and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners and key external constituents, including vendors.
  • Understanding of the business environment including global and local business strategy and strategy execution.

  • Confirmed experience in implementing HR technology solutions and process automation tools.
  • Analytical demeanor with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
