About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our CBS HR Services team as an Data Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and verifying employee data, reviewing timesheets and attendance records, and ensuring accurate payroll processing. Additionally, you will establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository and documentation system.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders from different streams to align on knowledge management efforts with interpersonal goals. You will also share standard processes and lessons learned with other parts of the organization.
Requirements:- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and/or Shared Services Center.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
