Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist - Compliance and Risk Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing risk management strategies to drive quality excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain readiness for audits and inspections by ensuring compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Analyze observation trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to mitigate product/process quality impact.
  • Participate in cross-functional activities to identify new risks and assess product/process risks.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of compliance and enhance data integrity controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and communications, ensuring 100% data integrity compliance.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with GMP, Quality, and related policies, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Science Graduate or Master's degree; preferably Chemist/Pharm D.
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in QA and Compliance.
  • Familiarity with QA In-process, compliance, regulations, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of technical problem resolution and activities within QA operations.
