As a seasoned machine learning engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying complex models using Python and popular libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to drive business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning workflows, ensuring seamless integration into production systems. Your expertise in data preprocessing and feature engineering will enable the creation of high-quality input for effective model training.

In this role, you will evaluate and optimize machine learning models by fine-tuning hyperparameters, improving accuracy, and ensuring scalability and efficiency. You will also conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques to implement state-of-the-art algorithms, driving continuous improvement of solutions.

Additionally, you will monitor and maintain deployed models in production, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Strong data processing skills using Pandas and NumPy
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
