Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models across various domains, including computer vision, NLP, time series, and recommendation systems.
  • Build and optimize recommendation engines using collaborative filtering, content-based, and hybrid approaches.
  • Develop chatbots leveraging prompt engineering, RAG-based approaches, and advanced NLP techniques (intent detection, sentiment analysis, response generation).
  • Design, deploy, and monitor ML pipelines and frameworks in production environments.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate ML model performance, optimizing for scalability and efficiency.
  • Build RESTful APIs for model serving using FASTAPI/Flask frameworks.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications and systems.
  • Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Python's scientific computing ecosystem (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib).
  • Deep understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle and models.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer vision and deep learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Time Series modeling techniques.
  • Practical experience in ML model optimization for performance and scalability.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Good understanding of mathematics and statistics relevant to machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like GIT.
  • Experience using Docker for containerization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with model serving techniques and frameworks.
  • Experience in building scalable ML solutions in production environments.
