Job Title: System Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated employee for an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth.

This role involves assisting with administrative and operational tasks, answering calls, managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, and participating in projects to support task execution.

The ideal candidate will possess the willingness to learn and develop professionally, good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and basic computer skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new user mail accounts, monitoring existing systems to ensure structural integrity, overseeing the development and installation of new hardware and software, and providing support for administrative and operational tasks.

You will also be required to participate in projects, assist with other tasks as needed, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
