We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our team and help build a cutting-edge platform that enables autonomous agents to make decisions, interact with users and systems, and perform complex tasks without constant human oversight.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing backend infrastructure using NestJS, as well as experience working with AI agents, LLMs, or frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or OpenAI APIs.

About the Role

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for AI agent orchestration, building APIs that allow agents to interact with internal tools, third-party services, and user interfaces, and ensuring backend security, data privacy, and proper access control for autonomous agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for AI agent orchestration using NestJS
  • Build scalable APIs that allow AI agents to interact with internal tools, third-party services, and user interfaces
  • Implement data storage strategies for agent memory, state persistence, and contextual awareness
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate LLMs, planning tools, and agent frameworks
  • Manage workflows for agent decision-making, including triggers, task queues, scheduling, and messaging systems
  • Ensure backend security, data privacy, and proper access control for autonomous agents
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize backend processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development with TypeScript and NestJS
  • Solid understanding of AI agents, LLMs, or experience working with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or OpenAI APIs
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets
  • Familiarity with state management, task scheduling, and event-driven systems
  • Strong experience with databases such as MongoDB
  • Understanding of secure backend practices including authentication, rate limiting, and data encryption
  • Experience working in agile development environments with tools like Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
