Key Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to draw in customers and showcase products effectively.

You will ensure all products are accurately priced and well-labeled, providing exceptional customer service by acknowledging and catering to each customer's needs.

Resolve any customer complaints efficiently and maintain adequate floor coverage at all times by ensuring sufficient staffing levels.

Liaise with other members of the management team to guarantee seamless managerial coverage.

Develop a Deputy Store Manager capable of running the store independently in your absence.

Stock Management:

Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including stock sheets, universal orders, and special orders.

Monitor purchase orders and chase outstanding deliveries, cancel goods when necessary.

Evaluate the quality of received merchandise and verify that all ticketing information is accurate.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment by ensuring all stock is tidy and well-presented.

Regularly review layaway reports and record all stock adjustments promptly.

Security Responsibilities:

Oversee till operations and be accountable for stock security.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address staff security-related matters.

Job Requirements:

Male/Female

Able to operate necessary equipment for job performance.

Effective communication with colleagues and customers.

Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete all documentation.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged standing required, as well as moving and handling boxes of merchandise and fixtures.

Ability to lift and perform duties outlined above.

Adequate physical fitness level.

Work Schedule:

Variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
