We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Manager to leverage their skills in managing large US-based customers.
This role requires advanced sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Built Relationships: Develop lasting executive relationships with larger US-based clients to drive growth and expansion.
- Customer Discovery: Conduct in-depth discovery to align our offerings with customers' operational and strategic challenges.
- Solution Presentations: Presentation of comprehensive product demos and proposals for customers with complex needs.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with customer success, support, product specialists, sales engineers, and data analysts.
- Contract Renewals: Owning the contract renewal process and implementing advanced retention strategies.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues promptly and identifying the best course of action.
- Strategic Planning: Driving strategic account planning to achieve higher-value revenue targets.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (preferably from US/UK/Canada) and/or in-depth exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
- Work Experience: 6+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in managing larger US-based accounts.
- Sales Experience: Proven software sales experience and ideally relevant industry experience in our verticals.
- Deal Management: Demonstrated skill in complex deal management and driving contract renewals.
- Revenue Retention: In-depth experience driving revenue retention within mid-market or enterprise customer segments.
- Leadership Capability: Leadership or influencing capability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
