We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience overseeing the design of all digital and print materials, as well as managing a team of designers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading UI/UX design for all projects, ensuring they are top-notch and user-friendly. This includes guiding and inspiring a team of designers to create a strong, design-focused culture. The designer will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that designs meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to comfortably converse design concepts with clients. In-depth knowledge of Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD is required, as well as up-to-date design knowledge and a willingness to constantly learn and evolve. A key understanding of typography, layout, and other basic design principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UI/UX design for all projects
  • Guide and inspire a team of designers
  • Talk through design ideas with clients
  • Use design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
  • Keep up with design trends and push the team to learn and try new things


Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
  • Up-to-date design knowledge and willingness to constantly learn and evolve
  • A key understanding of typography, layout, and other basic design principles
