E-commerce Marketplace Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented executive to manage our private label brand presence across various marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, with a focus on PPC campaign management/optimization, product listings, SEO, and account performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Management
    • Oversee daily operations across assigned e-commerce marketplaces.
    • Ensure all account metrics meet platform standards.
    • Resolve account-related issues such as suspensions, listing errors.
  • Product Optimization
    • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance visibility and sales potential.
  • PPC Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across all assigned marketplaces.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords for maximum ROI.
    • Generate regular reports on advertising performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Sales Growth and Strategy
    • Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies for peak seasons and special events.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis
    • Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
