Key Responsibilities- Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including backorders and returns, in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory levels, based on forecasted demand and sales data.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory levels, and sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, resolving any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of new products, including fabrics, patterns, and finishes, by collaborating with the design team.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
