Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property leasing operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
  • Schedule property tours and lease signings to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies.
  • Manage the leasing team to achieve optimal results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among tenants, landlords, and maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with market research to maintain competitive rental rates and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and customer service to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • Experience in property leasing and management with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in property management software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to upsell additional services to increase revenue and enhance the tenant experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
