Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing employee-related liabilities and their accounting treatment, processing journal requests received from payroll operations, and maintaining customized procedure lists for each country, covering accounting guidance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process monthly reconciliations in blackline with relevant substantiations.
  • Perform clearings for bank shadow accounts for transactions relating to payroll posting.
  • Clear open items in payroll accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Support audit processes as part of year-end closing activities.
  • Perform flux analysis for all payroll-related accounts (balance sheet and P&L).

Requirements:

  • M.com / MBA / ICWA inter/ /CA inter with 6 years full-time experience in payroll or employee-related liability accounting.
  • CMA (or) CA with 3 (or) 4 years of full-time accounting experience.
  • SAP (FI) end-user experience and accounting knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
