We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead People Services and Administration operations at our project site. As the key liaison between site operations and head office HR/Administration teams, you will facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site administration, employee welfare services, and HR support functions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, mobilization, and support services for site personnel to minimize disruptions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance competing priorities and make informed decisions to drive business results. In this position, you will oversee all administrative functions, including site HR support, to ensure seamless operational management aligned with project needs.

Prior Experience: A minimum of 6–10 years of progressive experience in People Services/Administration roles is required. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Engineering sectors is highly preferred.

Requirements: A strong MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for success in this position. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also crucial. The ability to manage site-based operational challenges and ensure compliance with organizational policies is vital.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accommodation, transportation, catering, and other site welfare facilities to ensure a comfortable living environment for employees. You will also act as the key point of contact between site operations and head office HR/Administration teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
