Job Title

The Senior Financial Director will lead the financial function of our organization, responsible for corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost and credit control, margin analysis, costing and profitability analysis, management reporting, and surplus fund management.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  2. Oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and government agencies to secure funding and financing options.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Qualified CA/ICMA/MBA with 10-12 years of total work experience.
  • 5-7 years in a senior finance position in a mid-sized/large Company.
  • Fully conversant with fundraising and fund management.
  • Fully conversant with budgeting, forecasting, cost and credit control, margin analysis, taxation, costing and profitability analysis, and management reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
