Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to identify and connect with potential clients in the Amazon and e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital outreach and prospecting, with a keen understanding of the Amazon selling ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, directories, forums, and lead generation tools.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns via email, cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings with interested leads for the sales team or account managers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine outreach messaging and campaigns.
- Track and report key performance indicators related to outreach success, lead conversion, and campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally in the Amazon or e-commerce space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon service models is a plus.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting in a remote work environment.
- Experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is desirable.
