
Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and pitching relevant IT consulting services.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT/Tech industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They will also have the ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
This role requires a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
You will have exposure to diverse industries and technologies, and will be part of a forward-thinking company helping shape the digital future of global businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT consulting services (ERP, cloud, automation, custom software).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple industries.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the technical team.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
