As a sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving targets within your assigned geographical area or territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Operations: Be the primary point of contact for all sales-related aspects within your area, ensuring seamless execution of strategies and objectives.
  • Achieve Targets and KPIs: Ensure the attainment of set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned area.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive field sales plan tailored to your area's unique needs and opportunities.
  • Manage Distributors and Customers: Effectively oversee the operations of distributors and customers, fostering strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Channel Category Execution: Implement channel category plans at Points of Purchase (POP) and outlets, adhering to prioritization guidelines.
  • Provide Quality Information: Deliver timely and accurate insights to support informed decision-making.

You will be responsible for promoting continuous improvement using the Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology and upholding company principles and policies.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in field sales and key account management, preferably in Out of Home channels.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and develop yourself and high-performing teams.
  • Sales Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer Relationship, Distribution Handling, and B2B Sales.
  • Team Management: Experience managing a field sales team.
