Clinical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that laboratory tests are processed efficiently and accurately. This includes checking and processing tests prescribed by doctors, briefing patients on tests and procedures, and handling cash and credit transactions.
You will also be responsible for handing over laboratory test reports to concerned individuals and handling telephonic and in-person inquiries regarding laboratory tests. Additionally, you will be scheduling patients' appointments for special tests and working as a Phlebotomist at collection points when required.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a good understanding of laboratory tests and procedures. Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is essential, and you must be comfortable using computers and basic applications. Your ability to work flexibly and perform shift duties is also necessary.
