Marketing Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to drive our social media presence and fuel business growth.

This role involves crafting and executing organic and paid campaigns that build brand authority, engage high-net-worth prospects, and drive qualified leads for our property advisory services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead-generation campaigns, excellent verbal and written English skills, and experience with platforms' analytics dashboards and Google Analytics.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive social media roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
  • Managing paid-social budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create compelling visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with property investors.
  • Launching, monitoring, and A/B-testing paid and organic campaigns—adjusting strategies in real time to achieve target CPL and conversion metrics.
  • Tracking key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement), generating insights, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging social features, ad formats, and platform best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
