Accurate Medical Record Clerk

A reliable and detail-oriented individual is required for a medical record clerk position. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into computer systems, managing records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Data Entry: Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Record Retrieval: Retrieve patient records and other relevant documentation as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
- Communication: Excellent command of English both oral and written, along with customer service skills.
- Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Organizational: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Night shift: 9:00 pm to 6:00 am with a one-hour break from 12:00 am to 1:00 am.
LocationMust be located in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
