We require a highly organized and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site installation process of our products. This role is essential in ensuring that all installations meet design specifications, company standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site assessments before installation to ensure the site is ready.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivered goods against order specifications and packing lists.
  • Supervise installation work to ensure it meets company standards and guidelines.
  • Validate and verify contractor bills and site expenses for accuracy and cost control.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Obtain the final completion report from the client to confirm satisfaction.
  • Compare completed installations with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • Lead and manage on-site labor and contractor teams for optimal productivity.
  • Address any installation issues or modifications in collaboration with contractors.
  • Document discrepancies between on-site measurements and drawings using a standard checklist.
  • Maintain effective communication with Sales, Warehouse, and SCM departments to ensure material readiness.

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 3+ years of site supervision and installation experience.

Strong understanding of interior fit-outs/modular furniture installations.

Proficient in using measurement tools and basic site documentation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
