We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site installations of our products. This critical role ensures all installations meet design specifications, company standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections to ensure readiness for installation.
  • Cross-verify delivered goods with order specifications and packing lists; promptly report any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Supervise installation work in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Validate and verify contractor bills and site expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure all fittings and installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and obtain the final finishing report from the client to confirm satisfaction.
  • Compare completed installations with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • Manage and lead on-site labor and contractor teams for optimal productivity.
  • Address any installation issues or modifications in collaboration with contractors.
  • Match on-site measurements with drawings; document discrepancies using a standard checklist.
  • Perform point marking and apply elevation layouts and drawings appropriately.
  • Report item shortages to the Site Manager and raise complaints within 24 hours.
  • Maintain effective communication with Sales, Warehouse, and SCM departments to ensure material readiness.

Requirements:

Bachelor / DAE Civil Engineering

Minimum 3+ years of site supervision and installation experience.

Strong understanding of interior fit-outs/modular furniture installations

Proficient in using measurement tools and basic site documentation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
