Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging online platforms such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM tools to expand our client base and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  2. Create and manage proposals, bids, and client communications on Upwork and similar platforms.
  3. Maintain and update leads, contacts, and opportunities using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo).
  4. Generate quality leads, schedule meetings, and follow up to convert leads into clients.
  5. Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client expectations.
  7. Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and conversions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (especially on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Upwork).
  • Strong understanding of CRMs and ability to manage and organize data efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or IT services is a plus.
