Key Production Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science and technology, with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field. The role involves overseeing the daily production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products to retail outlets, and maintaining a clean working environment.

  • Plan and execute daily production according to demand from outlets.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products to retail outlets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment through proper training and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee the maintenance of lights, air conditioners, generators, and kitchen equipment.
  • Manage security and discipline within the factory premises.
  • Purchase raw materials as needed and maintain just-in-time inventory levels.
  • Reduce waste during production processes.
  • Document recipes and develop new bakery items.
  • Prepare daily reports on purchasing and submit to accounts.
  • Manage staff shift timings and ensure their timely presence at the factory.
  • Inform HR about staffing needs and avoid overstaffing.

Achievement and results orientation are key for this role. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
