Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our product development, sampling, and technical support for knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development and Innovation:
    • Develop end-to-end product solutions from yarn to finished goods, improving existing products and processes, and researching new technologies.
    • Define project timelines and ensure timely completion of sampling for new developments.
  • Team Development and Knowledge Management:
    • Lead a team of technical engineers, ensuring high-quality output and knowledge sharing.
    • Establish and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for R&D processes.
  • Performance Reporting and Compliance:
    • Design and implement processes for medium- and long-term performance goals.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including Bluesign and Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
  • Testing and Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Oversee testing of new equipment and yarn dyeing projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and manufacturing.
