We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Purchasing:
  • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost, quality, and service goals are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive specifications and budget adherence.
Import and Export Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and handling duties, taxes, and licenses.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and logistics providers to ensure seamless international shipments and deliveries.
Warehousing & Material Dispensing:
  • Lead warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, segregation, and dispensing of raw, packaging, and general materials.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or industry-specific standards for material handling and traceability.
  • Implement inventory control measures to manage stock levels, minimize loss, and avoid overstocking or shortages.
Supplier & Inventory Management:
  • Nurture strong supplier relationships for strategic sourcing and supply continuity.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to optimize inventory planning and balance service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement, logistics, and warehouse personnel.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment in procurement, production planning, and quality assurance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or BBA or MBA
  • 10 years of Senior Supply Chain experience
  • Strong understanding of factory operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and contract management skills
