Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  4. Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activity and results.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and delivery of services.
  10. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  7. Solid understanding of the shipping and logistics industry, including industry trends, regulations and best practices.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
