  • We are seeking a skilled Social Media Expert to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure its effectiveness.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement social media plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture.
  • This role involves managing and executing social media campaigns, including online advocacy, content creation, community outreach, and promotions, as well as analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent project management and organizational skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • You will also need to understand the blogging ecosystem relevant to our industry and have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a blogger outreach program, building relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our brand.
  • Engaging with audiences in social media spaces, responding to questions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of social media programs, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies for maximum results.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience with public relations, marketing, sales, or community management is a plus.
