Senior Workplace Operations Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and workplaces.

  • Facility Management: Prepare documents for various projects, manage budgets and procurement processes, and oversee facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Project Coordination: Create technical evaluation criteria, ensure purchase orders are issued on time, and follow up until completion.
  • Financial Management: Process vendor payments within deadlines, manage CAPEX & OPEX payments, and prepare monthly dashboards.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage quarterly KPIs, execute routine repairs and maintenance projects, and prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Generic Skills: Effective communication skills.

Job Specific Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report writing, and vendor analysis.
