Responsibilities
  • Develop a forward-thinking capital investment plan aligning with a 5-year horizon for dynamic sites.
  • Oversee the capital investment process from initiation to completion, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets specifications.
  • Align with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project completion.
  • Lead your team to meet project success criteria with strong adherence to timelines and budgets, and complete appraisals and close-out reports.
  • Promote continuous improvement across systems, practices, and process deliveries, encouraging a culture valuing progress.
Experience We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership in projects and manufacturing within similar environments, guiding teams with management acumen.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong commercial insight to discern business issues and identify opportunities.
