Location: Tariq Road, Karachi (Project-Based / Freelance)

Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 100,000 per month

Job Description

New Era Industries SMC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee construction, renovation, and finishing works at various project sites. The role requires close supervision of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works, ensuring that all activities are executed according to approved drawings, within the project schedule, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all construction and renovation works including civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Ensure work execution as per drawings and project specifications.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Conduct measurement checks and verify material usage.
  • Maintain quality standards across all site works.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor, and the project team for smooth workflow.
  • Provide daily/weekly progress updates to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Available on a freelance / project basis.
