Medical Billing Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a skilled Medical Billing Recruitment Lead to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

This role is crucial for attracting and retaining top talent in the Medical Billing industry. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the Medical Billing industry, collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements, build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles, and use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and source top talent in the Medical Billing industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing and Onboarding: Conduct thorough interviews and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Medical Billing industry.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the Medical Billing industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
