
Telemarketer / Sales Representative – Medical Billing - Sales Person

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Salesperson to generate leads and close sales for our medical billing services. You will be responsible for reaching out to clinics, private practices, and healthcare professionals in the U.S. to explain our services, identify pain points, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, medical offices, etc.) in the United States to promote our medical billing services.
- Understand client needs and explain the benefits and value proposition of our services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Set appointments or transfer leads to the sales manager (if applicable).
- Handle objections professionally and address potential client concerns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (appointments set, deals closed, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes using CRM software or Google Sheets.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
- Stay updated on U.S. medical billing processes, terminology, and industry trends.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in medical billing, healthcare, or B2B services.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral or U.S. accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow call scripts while adapting to each conversation.
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and medical billing terminology is a plus.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
- Prior experience working with a medical billing company or healthcare BPO.
- Background in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
- Basic understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCFA claims (a bonus, not mandatory).
